The Project

Grafted (formally Fabriq) is revolutionizing the way that students explore careers through the lens of alumni. Through their recent partnership with Liberty University, Grafted was looking to validate and gather insight into the user base of the Liberty Business Community App through the perspective of a student.

Our Approach

We conducted 15 interviews with 3 different cohorts of students that focused on identifying issues & gathering qualitative feedback. In summary, the goal of this project was to:

  • Serve as a balanced student user perspective with a product mindset

  • Accelerate Grafted’s Feature Prioritization

  • Gather “on the ground” feedback and insights from peer user groups

Outcome

  • A deeper understanding of the Goals, Motivations, and Frustrations of users

  • Validated assumptions and deeply held convictions - influencing roadmap.
